Cenotaph Road is a six book fantasy series written by Robert E. Vardeman. The story follows Lan Martak who follows the road through the portal in the Cenotaph. His traveling companion is a huge spider named Krek. The evil wizard Claybore's body was cut up and pieces of him were spread out on different worlds. Now, Lan and his friends travel the Centotaph Road trying to prevent the followers of Claybore from gathering all his pieces and putting him back together.
