The Unicorn's Secret series follows Heart Avamir as she flees from Ash Grove with two unicorns, Avamir and her young son, Moonsilver. Knowing that she must keep these unicorns safe from Lord Dunraven's hunters, she hides out in the woods. Trying to unravel the secrets of her past, Heart joins a band of gypsies touring the countryside. Heart knows that she must return home to a place she has never seen and find the family she has never known. The only thing she is is that she must head north.
