As the
feud between the Suzuran Troupe and the men who worship the Statue of
Yasha continues, the wind creature attacks.
Mokona determines that there
is not a memory feather on this world and he sees that there is a
feather through the wind creature. He transports Syaoran and Sukura to
the country of Shura. Syaoran and Sukura appear in the middle of a
battle on a floating castle at night. The battle is between a living
version of Ashura and Yasha and their clans. They notice what appears to
be Kurogane and Fai with the Yasha clan.
It seems that when the moon
reaches Zenith, both the Ashura clan and the Yasha clan appears on the
floating castle that hovers above their world to do battle. Mokona
informs Syaoran that there is a strong power emanating from that castle,
which could be one of Sukura's memory feathers. Syaoran asks Ashura if
he can go with them to the castle the next night to determine whether it
really was Kurogane and Fai that he saw fighting with the Yasha clan.
That night, when they arrive, Syaoran calls out to Fai who turns and
shoots arrows at Syaoran pinning him to a wall. Then Kurogane answers
with his sword. While they are battling, Syaoran notices that Kurogane's
sword is the one he bought while in the world of Oto. But Kurogane and
Fai do not seem to know Syaoran at all. How could that be?
