Review

I have read the first five of the books in the My Heavenly Hockey Club series in five days. Let me just say this, I really enjoy reading these books.

My Heavenly Hockey Club: Volume 5 is a wonderful book in a series that I know will always deliver the goods. Every chapter is fun and hey, you know what? The Grand Hockey Team actually started playing a field hockey match. Although the game was against pirates, and the pirates were cheating, it was still a game, right? Unfortunately, they didn't get to finish the game. So, does this count as playing a game? So, am I was wrong in that they will not ever play a game? I don't know . . .

The stories are entertaining and I quite enjoyed them. The artwork by Ai Morinaga is still quite good. The Translation and Adaptation is still excellent. I love the fact that the English flows so well. The is always a big plus in my book.

Overall, My Heavenly Hockey Club: Volume 5 is another great book in a fantastic series. I wonder what will happen next in My Heavenly Hockey Club: Volume 6? Whatever it is, it will enjoyable. I would like to see some more stories that revolve around practicing or playing field hockey. The series seems to have moved away from that, for some reason.

I rated this book an 8 out of 10.
